GALA ENTRIES: Entry forms for galas are accessible from the calendar below - just click on the link to download forms and info. Payment by cheque (made payable to HILLINGDON SWIMMING CLUB) is the preferred method for galas - any cash payments must be in an envelope marked with the swimmer's name, the amount and the gala.
Please do not pay for more than one gala on a single cheque separate cheques per gala are required please as they will be held until confirmation of gala entries has been received. Siblings can be put on one cheque as long as it is for the same gala.Please give paper copy entry form with cheque (stapled to it) to your Squad rep unless otherwise indicated on the entry form. Email entries will not be accepted.
